How's it going on Etsy? I meant to tell you before, I really like your OneTrueMedia montage. I'll have to look into getting one of those.
Best and happy summer,
Viqi
I wanted to invite you to check out a new online community. It focuses on women- and might be a great place to market your products and give beauty advise- I think that you would really be an assett to the group!
www.emwomen.com (click on community)
It has the layout of this site- and easy to use! It has alot of AWESOME women on the site- and I think you would enjoy it and add alot to the dymanics of the group!
Check us out- and when you do be sure to look me up and tell me what you think!

Etsy is a place you almost have to promote A LOT almost every day to make sales.
Sellers who "live" in the Etsy Forum a couple of hours almost every day become popular and sell well.
There are many other ways to get involved and boost your visibility, too:
-- a blog featuring your merchandise / niche
-- join various Etsy groups over at Yahoo
-- I'm pretty sure there's a couple of Etsy groups on Ning
It's a lot of work but fun and can be gratifying when people buy your art. It feels great.
Best,
Thanks for the lovely hello card you sent. I hope you have a wonderful week!
All the best,
Dori
I made a bit of a decision, Kelly, when I started mixing with American's online that it was okay to us British English spelling because at the end of the day that is how I spell words. I just gave myself permission there.
My comments were more directed at your grammar, as it is obvious in the way you structure your sentences that it is not your first language. :)
Just be yourself, because visually I think the site is looking great!

I love your jewelry site. It is so bright and cheerful. I love the bit with the date following around in a circle where your pointer happens to be on the page at the time. Brilliant!
All the best,
Dori
I checked out the website. It looks fabulous. You've done a great job there! Just the language barrier to overcome - but don't worry. Even if you get it perfectly right in your own understanding, you only have to jump countries and the words mean something different. I'm an Aussie and whenever I write something for my American friends they are in fits of giggles because of word differences. For example, they say trunk, meaning the back section of the car where you store the luggage. In Australia we call this the boot of the car. They say bangs, meaning the short hair at the front of your face, we say fringe. The list is endless! Point is, the English can be taken care of by someone like Viqi below who is a copy writer. May be worth the investment.
Kind regards
HAYLEY
Here's an Etsy tip I was given by someone who sells very well there...
Make a schedule to comment a lot in the Forum certain peak times of day. She suggested:
1) right before U.S. buyer at work take their lunch, and
2) early evenings when people have gotten home from work and want to relax by surfing the Internet for fun.
I don't know how it is now days, with the U.S. economy having some challenges, but if you try this for a while, let me know how it works.
Best,
Viqi
